FAQs

The questions OH buyers ask first.

Are you SEQOHS accredited?

No, and deliberately so. SEQOHS accredits the occupational health service, which our provider partners hold. We supply the testing layer beneath it: the laboratories, the clinic network and the nurses. The relevant assurance for that layer is laboratory accreditation, clinical registration and information governance, all of which we evidence during due diligence.

Will you approach our clients?

No. Under a white-label or supply agreement your client relationship is contractually protected. Your brand fronts the programme; we deliver underneath it.

Can you run our statutory health surveillance?

No. Audiometry, spirometry, HAVS assessments, fitness-for-work opinions and statutory medicals requiring an HSE appointed doctor are occupational health work, and they stay with your OH provider. We supply the testing, screening and vaccination layer that runs alongside them.

Who sees the results?

The individual and our clinical team. The employer or commissioning provider receives attendance and completion evidence, and clinical information only where the individual has given explicit written consent. This is the standard health record versus medical record separation, and we apply it by design.

How fast can you mobilise?

Single-site programmes can typically mobilise within days. Multi-site national programmes are scoped with a named onboarding lead and a site-by-site coverage plan. Out-of-hours exposure response is available from day one through the 24/7 clinical line.

What does it cost?

Rates are quoted per contract and band by volume. There is no retainer: you pay for what you use, with contracted or reserved capacity available where your own SLAs need certainty. Ask for a scoped quote against your actual cohort and sites.
